Meet my very first OC avian kaiju!

History: During ancient Greece a bird was exposed to radiation while being surrounded by a forest fire which caused him to become a brightly red colorful fire bird who had the ability to heal both Titans and humans with his tears, he was an important figure in both Egyptian and Greek mythology and an important religious figure in early Christianity as well. In 2005, Phoînix flew to Monster Island only to find Godzilla and Rodan fighting Reptilicus and Cykor, Phoînix flew in and nearly burned the two evil Titans and forced them to retreat, when he saw Godzilla Phoînix bowed down to him who officially declared him a friend and allowed him to stay on Monster Island where he lives in a volcano within the island and has even allowed his cousin Roc (Ookondoru) to stay and become an earth defender after helping him turn over a new leaf. He would eventually fall in love with the divine bird, Litra.

Abilities:

Fire Breath: Phoînix has a very strong and very hot red atomic fire breath, his eyes glow orange when he unleashes the attack. The Atomic Fire Breath has a long range and is extremely hot, capable of melting steel and turning sand into glass. When the breath is used underwater, it initially comes out as fire, but soon simply turns the surrounding water into steam, hampering visibility. He can also exhale atomic fire through his nostrils, as well as short but strong fireballs.

Flight: Phoînix has the ability to fly at speeds of up to Mach 6 which makes him faster than Rodan.

Physical Capabilities: Phoînix possesses long and sharp talons on his feet that he uses to grab and claw his opponents. Whenever they sink into the flesh of an opponent, they feel tremendous pain that feels like fire burning your flesh. Phoînix also possesses a very sharp beak that the uses to rip out chunks of flesh from his opponents, much like his talons his beak can also cause a tremendous and firey pain.

Submergence: Phoînix, despite being a fire bird is capable of surviving when submerged underwater, as well as swimming short distances much like seabirds or waterfowl. This is first demonstrated when he dives into a river, then flies out of the water a short distance ahead. Phoînix also survives after falling into the ocean, where he remains submerged underwater for a considerable length of time. Phoînix is also shown diving into the water to catch food.

Tears: By simply shedding a tear from his eyes, Phoînix can heal other Titans. During the war in ancient Greece he healed countless wounded soldiers with them and healed Nǚwángosaurus after she was mortally wounded from an encounter with Destoroyah.

Intelligence: Due to being an irradiated bird, Phoînix displays a degree of strategy during his fight with Redmoon, coordinating his attacks along with Rodan and Anguirus.

Sonicwaves: Phoînix produces destructive shockwaves while flying, which can destroy anything below him, such as bridges and buildings.

Hurricane Winds: While on the ground or hovering in the air, Phoînix can produce gusts of firey hurricane force winds by flapping his wings repeatedly. These winds are capable of destroying buildings and blowing away vehicles. These firey winds will also produce a cloud of debris around Phoînix, making it harder for Phoînix's enemies to hit him.

Durability: Phoînix is extremely durable, resisting all conventional weaponry that is fired at him. Phoînix is also seemingly unaffected by both Jirass' atomic breath and King Ghidorah's gravity beams, only shaking his head in annoyance when blasted point-blank with Jirass' atomic breath.

Agility: Phoînix is highly agile whilst flying so agile that he knocked out countless Megaguirus drones and Gyaos at the same time.

Eyesight: Phoînix is a nocturnal Titan and has large yellow eyes to help him see through the dark in search of food.

Eruptions: Much like Rodan, Phoînix can seemingly cause volcanoes to erupt just by merely flying over them.

Magma System: Phoînix has an internal combustion system of magma that flows throughout his body. The magma throughout his system can reach temperatures up to 1,200°C. The magma leaks through the ends of his wings and was able to burn Megaguirus' wings.

Fire form: Much like Jagras, Godzilla, and Rodan, Phoînix can spend huge amounts of time in a volcano and absorb so much fire that it will turn him into his fire form, Monarch has given him the alias the "Fire Bird" and the "Magma Phoenix". It's said that during the war of ancient Greece, Phoînix used his fire form to defeat many Persian warriors and almost died doing so as the legend said, the Phoenix can die by bursting themselves into flames but from those ashes, a new Phoenix is born to continue it's long and eternal life, so it's theorized by Monarch that Phoînix has died countless times and revives himself from the ashes of his former self.

Fun fact: I based Phoînix on the Phoenixes from both Harry Potter and Chronicles of Narnia, Legendary Rodan, (I hate to admit this) the Fenghuang from Disney's remake of Mulan, the Phoenix from the 1995 novel, Gamera vs. Phoenix, the Fire Bird from the Hannah-Barbera Godzilla series, and both Moltres and Talonflame from the Pokémon franchise.

If I had to choose a voice actor for Phoînix, it would be have to be David Cross (Crane from Kung Fu Panda) however after Phoînix's resurrection, he was voiced by Jesse Eisenberg (Blue from Rio).
