History: Maguma's twin brother who was exposed to the same radiation that mutated his brother during the Miocene period, they both layed dormant for millions of years until Todora awoke in 1966 and wrecked havock across the Californian coast though fortunately Maguma came to his brother's aid and managed to calm him down, Todora was just confused of the new world he's woken up to and was then sent to Monster Island where he met Godzilla and bowed down to him. The king of the monsters declared Todora a friend and allowed him to stay on Monster Island.

Abilities:
Ice Breath: Much like his brother, Todora possesses an atomic ice breath. His eyes glow bright blue when he unleashes the attack. The atomic ice breath is said to be very cold and is capable of causing severe sickness and frostbite to his opponents.

Boering: Much like the Jötunns, Todora can burrow through ice very quickly due to his extreme body temperature.

Physical Abilities: Todora relies exclusively on his forelimbs to cause destruction. This is demonstrated when he uses one of his flippers to breach and destroy part of a jet pipe power station. Todora also possesses sizable tusks which could be used to wreak further havoc, he even gouged one of King Kong's eyes out with them.

Amphibiousness: Due to being an Irradiated walrus, Todora can reach speeds of up to 200 kilometers per hour underwater. Thanks to his aquatic adaptation, Todora is an extremely powerful combatant underwater.

Durability: Todora displays at least a moderate measure of durability, surviving a forcible avalanche and being buried under a number of boulders and other chunks of rock. In addition he's also immune to conventional weaponry.
