This is Hawkeye from the Avengers having been turned into a genie, and he's pretty upset about it, from the look on his face XD It's based on a story the commissioner wrote, which can be read here:

Hawkeye of the Lamp: Part 2/3"Hope you like the accommodations Vic." Tony sneered as he walked into the holding cells. Doom stood in the centre of the one directly opposite the door. "Don’t get too comfy, S.H.I.E.L.D will be picking you up in under an hour." Tony stood smugly in a clean change of clothes, his hair still damp from being washed.
"S.H.I.E.L.D won't hold me any longer than I will allow you to Stark." Growled Doom. His eyes narrowed behind his mask.
"Had you just stayed at home you wouldn't be in this mess." Tony chuckled. Doom said nothing, he kept perfectly still and just glared at Tony. Outside the room Sam turned to Natasha.
"I don't get it... Why would Doom pull something like this?" Sam asked. "Even with Tony's virus…”
"You'll be surprised what someone will do when backed into a corner." Natasha answered. Tony waved at Doom as he walked out.
"Oh hey guys." He grinned as he saw them.
"Tony you do know it's not a question of if but when he'll break out." Nastaha stated.
"I upgrade


