well I like everything about this artwork they do look familiar to me but there names I will remember eventually.
From there clothing they are Knights or hunters and were looking to take out or capture somebody in the Castle but it looks like the person knew they were coming & that is how they got in this position.
Likely they had an ally turn on them and that is how their capture's knew they were coming. The red haired beauty is the heroine & the Blond is her partner.
The heroine is not pleased that they are captured & if she gets loose there will be hell to pay.

Thanks for writing this. Glad it's inspired you to make up a story but they are actually from the PS4 game Bloodborne. The red head is the commissioner's character there and the blond is a doll that comes alive and is used to level up the character.
