This was a request byI didn't play Valkyria Chronicles so I have no idea who she is. I think she is some villain or boss character. I prefer bad girls in distress over regular damsels so I enjoyed doing this.
I tried to show motion (as per request) by drawing those weird lines.. what do you guys think? I also tried that weird red thing that I see in some anime when the character gets pissed... did I use it right?
Valkyria Chronicles and Selvaria are properties of.. some game company... The important thing is I didn't design them and I didn't profit from them.

Nice chairtie. The wiggles only work I suppose if the pose isn't completely static. Tilting the head, asymmetric shoulders might do the job better. The right front leg seems too short.

Yeah, the pose is quite static... I figured as much too but the guy requested it so I gave it the "old college try"

Personally, I prefer to avoid using lines to portray motions but that's just me. If anything, I think her head should be tilted to emphasize struggling or something. Also, something to be wary of is that her shoulders are a bit broad.

Looks pretty good, the movement lines give the appearance of struggling. The red angry thing looks a little out of place, though, mostly because she is not drawn in an anime style. Oh, and Valkyria Chronicles and Selvaria are the properties of Sega.

The red thing was a last minute addition... I kinda felt that the expression was kinda blank so I tried it out. I guess no more copying anime from me
