two 'angel' girls with blatantly non-angelic behavior (that the other angels have to deal with regardless because they are extremely powerful and therefore indispensable) get sent to take out evil "ghosts" (pretty much Monsters of the Week) on Earth under the watchful eye of Father Garterbelt
it's going to have a lot of crazy sexual humor and well animated, over the top, elaborate fight scenes

this is a concept that could turn out completely terrible in the hands of the wrong people, so a lot of anime fans assume it'll suck. but you need to experience the work of Imaishi, Yoshinari, Sushio and the lot first-hand to know how stylish and fun their stuff is regardless of the subject matter and how bad it sounds on paper.

I'm loving the contrast between the two characters~ The purple and black combo on the girl on the right really helps the red clad girl on the left to stick out far more. Plus the expressions are to die for~
