Yeah, I am. There's a lot more of it on Tumblr, which is where I got the idea for it. Mm... I think their roles are kind of the same? I mean, they're Sam's friends and they help and support her. (And Danny and Sam have some stuff going on.) I'm not sure I understand the question to be honest.

Oh, okay. ovo Glad I got that answered for you then.

I can add onto that though by saying that Tucker creates lots of creepy inventions like the little spider in the picture. They're really helpful with things like scouting out the area, as tracking devices, distractions, so on and so forth. He also has a bit of knowledge regarding the occult (customary of being a goth, he says) and that can come in handy sometimes when he remembers it. (Also him not being shy with his money doesn't hurt sometimes.)

There was a headcanon on Tumblr about Danny being a surprisingly good shot with an ectogun. Like because aiming a telescope requires so much precision and stuff, which is kinda funny but cool. Danny doesn't do as much in the very beginning--he's nervous and unskilled and mostly comes in at the end with an ecto-container, but they find out skills like the one with the ectogun, as he gets braver, and it's really cool. ovo His knowledge of stars isn't super handy with most of the ghosts, but he does have an impressive grasp of physics and the mechanics behind some things, dues to his mom and dad being an astrophysicist and engineer respectively. So that comes in handy sometimes. (Also his uncle Vlad is an ectobiologist who works out their secret activities and offers assistance sometimes, so yay. That's helpful.)

Ha ha, not exactly. 

Probably the biggest difference in the Canon relationship and their Reverse one is that there was never an accident. Jack and Maddie never got into ghosts or ectobiology. Maddie became invested in the universe and the stars. When she was 12, she spent evening documenting constellations and planets through a telescope instead of sneaking out to abandoned houses to document ghost activity. Jack had his creative outlet put into other, less ghostly things. He was still inventing and building things though, because boy, did he learn that he was good at coming up with ideas and designs and building things with his hands, so he ended up majoring in Engineering.

Vlad, on the other hand, still was very much into ghosts and ectobiology and what not, so in college when Jack made an off-handed comment on Vlad's work about building a portal to the ghost world so he could study them better, Vlad decided it was ridiculous enough to give a shot. Jack, his best friend, of course helped him out with some of the intricacies of the design and building it, even if he didn't get all the ghost stuff, and Vlad ended up doing a live experiment with it to showcase his work (after a few trial runs proved successful). There was still definitely an accident, (which is actually the one that fucked up Spectra as is written in her picture) but Vlad was never in the crossfire. In fact, Jack when he saw it fucking up dived for Vlad and got them both out of the crossfire (even if Vlad bruised a rib or two in the process). 

I am of the belief that Vlad's accident is what made him the most bitter and obsessive about his hatred of Jack. With no accident and ghostly obsessions, Jack and Vlad remained long-time friends who bond over football, science, and fishing. Jack is always giving Vlad ridiculous Packers memorabilia for his birthday, and he's always available to help Vlad out with the design or mechanics of a project. He actually does some work for the Mansons too. He might not be into all the ghostly stuff, but he understands enough to take the information and research given to him and create some pretty cool devices.

Maddie is also equally a part of their inseparable group. Vlad did once have feelings for her, but without the obsession to prolong it, it did kind of go away eventually. He sees her merely as a very dear friend now. They share a mutual amused exasperation over Jack, and even though Maddie is skeptical about Vlad's field of work, she respects it simply because it's important to him. (She's more inclined to believe it later once Ghost's actually start showing up in Amity though.)
