I'm starting to really like oC.Why is Mega so distraught? Because Samus and Master Chief are fully capable of kicking his ass to Pluto and back.

Flash Stopper, nuff said. Not saying that Master Chief and Samus don't dish out the pain, but I think Megaman's got enough upgrades, weapons, and allies to effectively kick their asses to Pluto and back as well.

I agree. I never played halo but I read one of the novals and have heard anough about Master Chuef to now he is an alian killing machine and Samus is about the same. Megaman on the other hand is just some robot that can beat up other bad robots ( X is a bit darker ) but I don,t think he could handle Ridley or the other alians of Halo I read about. Master Chief and Samus would trash him then scrap him for spare parts in seconds.

My diagnosis:
Rockman has defeated thousands of robots, came out on top of 100+ Robot Masters(including the GB Games),and saved the world over 11 different times.
MC is a one man army who, against all odds, defeated The Covenant, wiped out The Flood by detonating the Super Halo Ring named the Ark, and is still believed to be alive.
Samus fought against several invincible alien monsters and came out of every battle in one piece, solved several mysteries, and is credited with the extinction of the Metroids(much to her distaste in Super Metroid.)
All three can handle each other, but when a seemingly impossible enemy does appear, I know they will band together and kick his ass!

Might be a bit one sided as only one has a teleporter.

Mega(Rock)man
Megaman has a life bar. Which is usally similar to those other MM games. He's got his Mega buster. It can charge and has rapid fire. He gets to collect other weps from defeated enimies. If he beats MC, he probably gets the Spartan Laser installed in his buster. If he beats Samus, he probably gets missles or the Power Beam. Which is similar to his buster. He has the advantage of dash. Which lowers his height and can quickly move away from MC and Samus, which enables long-range shooting for him. His disadvantages are that he knows that both MC and Samus are humans. So they don't have a weakness because of their suits of armor. Megaman's got the average speed, defense, but great offense. But about his height, he's shorter than MC and Samus. Disadvantage right there. But, never underestimate a small package. Remember that!
Master Chief-117
Now, MC has a shield that protects him from plasma and ballistic bullets. His armor might be resistant to Megaman's buster and Samus' arm cannon. But if either of them was holding a Halo weapon, MC will die pitifully from the plasma/ballistic Halo weps. He's got a whole variety of weapons. His armor weighs 2000 lbs, but he could still move like a natural human without a Spartan MJLNIOR armor. He could move as fast as the average human, but his stealth is pretty bad. Despite his green color, he wouldn't really camoflauge much in certain areas. Even in green, jungle areas, he could be spotted by his yellowish orangish visor. Now, MC is 7 ft tall. Which gives him an advantage there. But he's kinda slow. Because of that, Megaman or Samus could catch up to him in a few seconds then attack him. About his variety of weps, he could use an Energy Sword to try and get close to Megaman/Samus, but despite their speed, they could easily get away. When he's using weps that has to be used in long-range areas, he could run up to Megaman/Samus and try to shoot them, but they might get away, or shoot right before MC does. And despite "Headshots", (BEWM HEDSHAWT) if Megaman/Samus used a sniper-type wep and shoot MC in the head, instant kill. 
Samus Aran
Now, I never knew about the whole Metroid series, but since I've been playing Metroid Prime: Hunters for awhile, I probably know some things about Samus. Aight, Samus is able to get "upgrades", which enhances her power. She could get weps from defeated hunters and such. She's got that Morph Ball, which makes her super-fast, being able to easily get away from MC/Megman. She could also plant bombs, but unfortanately, their not Frag Grenades or Plasma greanades. So her bombs won't easily kill MC and Megaman. She's got good speed on foot, but faster in Morph Ball. Now that I had Brawl for 1 year, I know a wee bit more bout Samus. Her suit makes up in power, but not speed. So it's Average speed and Great power. BUT, She's got that Zero suit. It makes up in speed, but lacks in power. But she's got the Laser Gunwhip. So she's able to shoot and use her laser whip the grab MC/Megaman and start throwing 'em around. But she's got a grapple hook in her arm cannon. So she could use her grapple hook and hang to the celling, if possible. I can't really see any weaknesses in her though.

Y'know, I always thought Samus was Master Chief on weekends. I mean, we never really see him take off his helmet, right? It's possible she'd have a voice modifier.

I dunno...as much as I like Rock, Master Chief seems to have the advantage of being taller, bulkier, and having a huge arsenal. Samus has that Morph Ball technique, as well as a grappling hook on her Buster. Hmm...
