Second is that when it comes to Star stuff for me Star Wars is greater than Star Trek.

As for the largely recognized space based dramas, I will forever love both. However, unlike you, I do prefer Star Trek as it has characters that aren't super powered with the force. They're normal people, like me, having great adventures. It's like a ship full of Han Solos to me.
