Xenogirl using one of her unique powers: Tail puke. XD It behaves a bit like Spider-Man's webs and incapacitates opponents. For the Grafted interpretation, a super-strong opponent could over-power the resin. That said, no average soldier could possibly break through it.Again, I'll keep plugging the previous entry, "The Grafted: A Night as the Heretic" here:

It's an odd concept for me as I usually think in terms of direct weapons. "Splat cannons" like this are great for taking prisoners, but slow on securing fields of battle.

Depends. It’s been swapped back and forth a few times depending on the specific incarnation of the character.
Currently the one from the solo series spits it from her mouth. But I never pinned down where the Grafted version spits it from. ^^
