One question: I see there is some cel-shading, and then some soft-shading (the darkest shaded areas). Exactly how do you do that? I always mess up with soft-shading due to opacity layering...

Her torso looks a mite tiny (it may be that she's bent over, but the proportions still look off, then). Also, it's spelled "Samus".
