I was thinking recently, that I hadn't done any 3D swords yet. I decided to try something. I made a Katana in Maya using a picture of Mitsurugi's Sword from Soul Calibur, "Shishi-Oh", and used the picture as a texture. I think it turned out pretty cool. Then I just posed Samus, Imported the sword, resized and duplicated it so Samus could Dual-Wield them.

Actually, she kinda reminds me of one of the new guest characters in Soul Calibur 4, Shura, when she's like this. (Shura's an evil ninja who wields dual Katanas and copies Cervantes' move set. Yes, Even his shooting moves. We all assume that it's Ninja Magic somehow...)

Cherish this render, friends, because there's a possibility that I may soon have to give my new computer and Maya back to the school, since I had to withdraw. If I can get a job within the next 2 week,s though, I'll be able to keep it all, though, so keep your fingers crossed please!
