Description
I wanted to take a shot at posing the new Samus model that was converted to Source. The effects on the saber and the lighting I think are okay. I gotta find some better tuts for that sort of thing. However I'm very pleased with how the pose came out.Related content

Personally I don't see anything wrong with them. But since other people have made similar observations, maybe it's the angle though.

Odd, did you check your graphics settings? Also Check out the texture's vmt file. Sometimes a glitch in there can cause problems.

You can edit the vmt file by simply opening it with notepad and checking it out. But I really doubt anything is wrong as far as the textures are concerned since the version I downloaded is fine. All I can say is that if the problem persists than just re-download it.
J.Barnes would be me. I'm glad to hear you like it. The skin has gone through some reworking since the last official release. It now sports a phonged bodysuit underneath the uniform, the filesize has been cut in half without sacrificing the texture quality, and it'll be sporting some improved normal maps as well.

Hmmm. A few tips if I may.
- So you don't work too hard on posing the character touching the ground, try cutting a small part of the picture at the bottom. Use her right leg for setting how much you cut.
- Really like the green glow on her suit.
- Take a sample of the green glow of the lightsaber and make a new layer. On this layer color the whole lightsaber, don't worry, doesn't have to be EXACTLY like the sword. Gaugassion blur the layer and lower the opacity (play with the numbers of the blur and the opacity) and it should look good now.
