Description
The Rostam Laminate or 'Vaults' are suits made by the underground dwelling human survivors of the Xorda bombardment that enhance the lacking aspects of the homo-sapien species.
For instance the Aeopack Vault was a means for soldiers to propel themselves over obstacles or great distances and leap into enemy grounds with a mounted shockwave emitter making it all the more devastating at the landing.
The Carapace was a common human hazard suit worn by those who first ventured into the world above. Air and water were captured, processed, and recycled and although it lacked the cybernetic limb enhancements of other vaults it provided protection from contaminates and came with a shock stick and charger to keep hostile flora and fauna at bay.
The Bolt was a name for a lighter armored but still cybernetics-enhanced vault suit. Instead of an aeropack this was designed for speed, strength, and assault. A repeating Armwest 20 was wielded by Bolt users to mow down opposition forces at a distance before charging in to engage with augmented hand to hand combat.
