Interesting... Wouldn't it have made more sense to replace the front legs with manipulator arms? As they are now they appear to be pretty much vestigial.

Some japanese dude's name is Junji Okubo/izmojuki.
The model you did is a S2WT Kamdo.
The guy is one of the coolest mecha design creator living. Gat his glory hours working for Capcom (The legendary Steel Battalion, exlusively for microsoft video game console) among others.
So, not really a "some jap dude" hun?
