For Raptor Capture ! Baby Archen apparently aren't too picky about substitute mothers as long as the said substitute's, in this case Panante's, body shape and silhouette looks familiar enough for them. Panante tho is just confused about being suddenly surrounded by tiny, adoring dinos, as she only tried to get the curious Archens leave Juku alone.
Also, Telove went right back to the Stone Age there with his pokemon capturing methods.
