Description I'm going to be honest, I didn't really plan on this or anything, most of the day just consisted of walking around, trying to find an art gallery and snapping pictures whenever I got the chance. However, I love the styles in architecture from the left to the right because the right appears to be very gritty and rusty, while the left is new and fresh and smooth and crisp.

The colors I chose helped emphasize the contrast a bit more because it's all monochromatic. Anyways, hope you like

That's awesome, man.^^ I love how it's so distorted, it looks almost sureal, but I can see the geometry of the buildings, and everything makes sense. Keep it up!

No kidding, it is a crazy city.

I had to get a poster printed for a project. Don't get anything printed @ the Kinko's down there, they charge an arm / leg. Plus their fossil computers took an hour to open and print my 200Mb pdf file (hehe).

A sigma 10-20mm lens.

Is it a fish eye or just really wide angle?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Genesis-Orbit In reply to Dshark [2007-09-12 03:46:28 +0000 UTC]

not quite fish eye, but it does have a bulge in it so it's pretty wide, just not fish eye.

Interesting angle, but the buildling to the right is a bit too dark for detail.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Genesis-Orbit In reply to GarrettMaster [2007-09-12 01:54:25 +0000 UTC]

Yeah it's a harrd thing to get it all right in a picture like this cause you don't want to overexpose the sky but you don't want everything to be completely dark either.

It really looks like a crack in the sky, the way the buildings form that odd shape up above. Interesting =]

Is it sad that I had a dream about DeviantArt last night, and I was looking for the T Train, like as if it was some path I was looking for, spotted it. Then commented saying: "I think I see it now"

I only just realised it was a dream just now, when I came here and I saw that I didn't comment.

I take it you was on the train?
