Description
While playing Knuckles in Sonic 2, it bothered me that his sprites were in a completely different style than everything else in the game, so I made this.It is mostly a recolour, but I did edit various things to make look like it belongs in the first 3 (1, 2, & CD) Sonic games.
I might make this a full sheet, I dunno.

Dunno, the chaotix sprite would be a better option to reshade. The sprite is based on the 3&K sprite which is more "related" to the 3&K Sonic sprite. BUT Chaotix's Knuckles sprite is "related" to the Mighty sprite, a reshaded and altered version of the Sonic 1 sprite. So technically the Chaotix sprite is more suitable to the style of Sonic 1 if reshaded.

No, not really.
Knuckles' sprite in Chaotix had too many colours for a Sonic 1 & 2 sprite. (For example, Sonic 1 & 2 sprites use 3 shades for the main fur colour, while Chaotix used 4.)
Not to mention that Chaotix's sprites are even MORE detailed than Sonic 3 & Knuckles, which is kinda the opposite of what I was trying to achieve (with Sonic 1 & 2's style being simpler and more cartoony than Sonic 3).

well here's my reasoning: Mighty's sprite in that game is basically an edit of Sonic from Sonic Crackers which uses the same style as 1,2,CD

Well yeah.
Although that doesn't change the fact that everyone else in Chaotix is too detailed for Sonic 1 & 2 style, and they use more colours than the Genesis games anyway.
