I've always liked the white motif of the Arrancar, despite the fact that it makes most of the design possibilities rather limited by color. You manage to do a great job with the options you're given, though. This picture has good composition and I can almost tell what kind of character this is by looking at his snide grin.
Color me interested about his powers though. I'm specifically curious about the dragonfly.

Ressurecion Name: Twilight
His right arm is encased of Daimond, makes and manipulates daimond(though not like a waterbender type of thing more like able to manipulate it how it forms into something sharp or even something intricate like a daimond flower.
Left Arm: Creates pure darkness, and lots of it, also creates black adamant. The darkness it creates does not allow any light to radiate and none can see through it but for the one with his goggles.
If renji made a lantern with #31 it woulda looked like a ball, but no light would have radiated from it, you could see it but it would not light the way for you in any way.
The dragonfly:....Genmu has pets, the old one was a crow but the sketch made me think insect so i did a dragonfly. it's never had much use other then aerial spying.
Genmu real ability: Power Consumption - This ress is actually a shinigami bankai that summoned two giant arms with similar effects to his own, when he ate it the bankai converted to not making a floating pair of arms under control of the zan user, but into forming those arms from the user's own and thus making them the users arms as opposed to a sorta Fox Captain ripoff.
He can have one stolen power at a time, and has to eat the source of those abilities to have them. Eat a shini's sword...or eat say, Chads soul. If he has eaten chads soul and wants to get rid of that power to eat say...rukia's sword he regurgitates the old chad soul power(it then takes form of a sword for him to eat later) and eats rukia's sword. It's all very weird.

It's pretty creative, I'll give you that. You seem to be a Bleach RPer like myself. I've been out of it for the summer but with the pictures I commissioned I think I'll have to get back in with the characters.
