But I shall have to agree with Tigah down here, I would move the sweatdrop to the other side. The fade-out of the drop will look better over there too, if I stare intently at my screen

I think my only concern would be though, that maybe the sweatdrop would look better on the opposite side of the stare head? I mean, I understand that is wjere the original sweatdrop is animated, but I think it looks a bit awkward when it's on the eye (kinda makes it look like its crying). There's a bit more headroom for the sweatdrop to take place on the left.
That'd be my only suggestion (if you were planning on making this into a real icon witha a plz account and jazzzz).

That totally makes more sense! I'm surprised I didn't think of that... I moved it to the other side, and gave it a blue outline instead of black. Plus it should fade in/out a bit now.

Thanks! Funny thing though, opacity on gifs must have to be at 100% for every pixel, so the fade-in doesn't work on transparent parts...
