Thing is, I have no idea how to do organic modeling, or what software I should use. So it wouldn't be soon till I made a fan 3D model of it and/or it's middle evolved stage. But it will be a fan art instead

Mixed attacker ahoy! That said, it's probably going to be spamming Crunch and Aqua Tail most of the time. 110 Speed is a great speed tier to be in, and 115 Atk is definitely enough to put a dent in many things. 80/75/60 bulk is meh, but then again, that's what you get for being such an amazing offensive monster.

I absolutely LOVE this design... but you might want to change the name. Shartrocious. Just, say that to your self for a little while until you get what i'm saying. I love the AMAZING design, including it's pre-evos... but please, change that unfortunate name.
