I'm from
Really nice idea fusing the C18 and C19! I'm also a fan of the Androids in DBZ, nice characters and a really good arc on the anime
Now about your piece, the blur in the further background fits very well but since it's way blured than the ground were your Android is we can easly see the end of the layer on it, it takes us (the viewer) a bit out of it, were you making it extra visible since she is on a elevaded area of the street ? It looks so but not intentional.
 Android 189 has a bit of problens on the depiction of her body, mostly the breasts, they dont look to have the same proportions, you can try erasing a bit of the rounder one or changing the style of the breasts all together, using the lighting style that you used on the pants could work, it would be a bit hard to give it more size but it would fit the overall style more. Other than that the only other thing would be the right hand, it looks broken, smashed to be precise, i think it's because of the first finger, there are a lot of free reference on hands here on DA, maybe one of them is the pose you want!

Evening!!! I'm here on behalf of and I came as soon as I noticed as essentially a lifelong fan of the Dragonball series. You have an interesting design in taking the design of an Android who didn't get a lot of screentime and one I probably wouldn't remember outside beating Goku due to his illness and another Android who is a character I really like and her future counterpart being one of my favorite villains of the series as a whole. What do we call this Android?

Anyway, the things that stand out the most about this design that could use some modifications would be...."it's"(?) legs, breast, and maybe arms? The legs appear a little too wavy and look as if they're bending both backwards and to the side (if that makes sense). The breast look uneven like one is round, and the other is pointed and misshapen and ultimately a little too far apart, seeming as if they were drawn last and were an add-on instead something that was meant to be a part of the initial design. I was going to go into detail about the arm, but after looking at a picture of 19, it does go with it's design.

Regardless, an interesting design nonetheless

Goao! Me apuesto a que es una fusión entre A-18 y A-19. Justo A-19... Me pregunto si conservara la energía limitada o la energía de absorción por las palmas de las manos? xD

En cuanto al dibujo, visualmente esta muy bien diseñada. Respeta a ambos personajes, predominando mucho A-19. El estilo de dibujo también esta bien, es fiel al estilo del Anime/Manga. Incluso la ciudad esta Mega detallada y la pose del Androide esta bien, al igual que su expresión y en su anatomía. Pero que se podía esperar? Es DBZ xD

En definitiva, es un muy buen dibujo Y una idea muy buen llamativa <)
