"Following Father's defeat, the Teens Next Door organization went through a restructuring, which included among others, Numbuh Alpha taking on the role of TND Supreme Commander while almost every other Chief from Cleve Sector followed her to the Moonbase. Thus, Numbuh Epsilon took over as the new Sector Commander and hand picked her new Sector Chiefs in the process. Since Cleve is the home town of Sector V, her Sector was put in-charge of observing them, to make sure all five members would not end up joining the Teen Ninjas. However, after a failed Ninja attack on McClintock High School, many of Cleve Sector's agents were injured and out of action for a long time so they needed reinforcements. Two very promined Ex-KND operatives joined the Sector as a concequence.

Keith Bailey, former codename Numbuh 1-Love and former leader of Sector J, had previously served in the TND's Deep Cover Unit as a spy but grew tired of it and volunteered to join Cleve Sector. He is a very laid-back and jovial person who always seem to find the brightside in everything and his positivity has helped his comrades get through situations more than once.

Chad Dickson also joined the Sector, following harrouwing escape from the GKND's Void Prison. Though he hasn't yet regained everyone's trust, especially Numbuh Epsilons', he is determined to be of use for the TND, because he knows that the GKND are edging ever closer to Earth. He is accompanied by one the O.M.E.G.A. Numbers who fled with him, Corvus. These two have a history together and because of that, they have a hard time working together."

Originally, I was going to draw a poster for Beyond's second story arc but then I realized I hadn't updated the cast apart from Sector V so now I'm doing just that. Also, I tried practicing shading in this piece, but it's still pretty scruffy.
