I really like the dramatics this page displays for the comic, it really draws you in to want to read more. I like the glow effect used on the snow flakes, it sets them apart from the picture so well. Especially from the hand and the rest of the characters.
I love the overall composition of the picture, you guys do a wonderful job on these! I love your work

Thumb needs to be further away. The snowflakes should be largest towards the bottom, and grow gradually larger as you go up. The expressions of the men in the back are priceless. Here is a tutorial to blood spatters: [link]
