Wooper is my favorite ever Pokémon, cause I relate to their goofy personalities and I love their simple design!
I wanted to make my own version of them, some sort of "original character"/"pokésona". So I started sketching something, and this is the result!
This is Woopixie (based on my username haha), a water-fairy type pokémon!
Can also potentially be a regional variant of Wooper, like the Alolan ones ^-^
