Recently I got a new iPad and an apple pencil which has been pretty neat to use. I’m still not used to it, my lines in particular are a little messy here.

anyway, I had this idea for a regional variant for wooper floating around in my head for a while now, finally drew a decent design for it.
its based on axolotls (even more than wooper already is... kinda) and olms

I think it should get the regenerator ability (and maybe an ability that makes water type moves dragon type?? I’m not 100% sure that would actually be good, it just sounds like it’d be interesting)

its shiny probably has normal wooper/quagmire colors
