Description
From Warriors AUIn this AU both SwiftPaw and BrightPaw survived fighting the dogs. SwiftPaw received similar injuries to BrightPaw and was renamed HalfFace/Soul.
In the books CloudTail was the only one to be supportive of LostFace/BrightHeart while she recovered; however this time SwiftPaw/HalfFace was also supportive, if not more so since he was similarly injured and would've been staying in the medicine cat's den with LostFace/BrightHeart. Since BrightHeart got with CloudTail since he was supportive of her it would be safe to assume that LostFace/BrightHeart and HalfFace/Soul would get together.
The AU creator said that when FireHeart became leader they got renamed to BrightHeart and SwiftStorm/Foot respectively, but I think it would be cooler if the two injured cats decided to keep their original warrior names showing that they accept themselves and eachother.

Plus.. Swiftpaw was a very talented apprentice but he was just too reckless for my tastes and how he died furthers that for me. But I love Brightheart. She is my favorite cat besides maybe Ivypool or Squirrelflight

But BrightPaw was similarly reckless - she also decided to go fight the dogs.
And you're right BrightHeart is a great character, I wish we got to see her shine more in the books, but she's a bit too old now.
