...I'm contemplating whether or not to redo this...Of course SEVEN had to give me problems. She gives everyone problems. Her quote choice was iffy, but I just LOVE THIS QUOTE! Even though it's not in the movie, but I've still heard it and I still think it's awesome!
On to our warrior...
Seven has to be one of the most amazing female characters I've ever encountered. Not only is she strong, but she's beautifully simplistic (showing that one doesn't have to have boobs or hair to be an awesome female), caring, and just badass in general. I mean, come on, she's a NINJA! Technically she's a mixture of things, but still...
Not only that, but she's also a mother figure. A steely warrior wearing a skull and wielding a spear protecting and caring for the sweet little twins? That's so CUTE (and she'd probably kill me for saying that XD)!
She's just such an amazing character and I love the fact that she slowly lets down her wall as the movie goes. But does that make her weak? Hell no!
Seven will always hold a place in my heart, no matter how old I get.
Let's hear it for our spear-wielding samurai! ^^

I was so upset this quote wasn't in the film. So bad-ass.
I really dig that 7 is allowed to be gentle and strong. She doesn't reject kindness or act cold towards others in favor of the whole lone warrior gambit. Strong female characters are often foisted into that role, so it's awesome that she wasn't.

And, it was TOTALLY awesome that she didn't fit the status quo of female warriors! That's one of the reasons I love her so much. ^^
