I did this to get myself back in the art mindset now I have finished university. The base of this was a lineart I posted nearly 3 years ago: www.deviantart.com/giftheck/ar…

I did choose to alter some of this, particularly around the head, gills and by removing the front fins (maked more sense given Form 2 has stumps)

Bio: In 1954, the Animalians launched 'Operation Castle', an attempt to kill a MUTO (named 'Titanus Gojira' by Monarch after a legend on Odo Island) with a nuclear warhead. Lured to Bikini Atoll, the Animalians detonated the warhead and Titanus Gojira disappeared. The detonation was far more powerful than anticipated, leaving a wide fallout area which mutated a creature that lived deep in the ocean surrounding Bikini Atoll. Over the next seventy years, the creature 'evolved' into a strange form that thrived on radioactive material. When the Hitsujikōjō nuclear plant melted down, the creature was initially drawn to it, but the meltdown awakened the dormant Titanus Gojira as well. It is unclear whether Titanus Gojira saw the creature as prey, or a potential future rival alpha Titan, but in either case, it began a pursuit. The much smaller creature fled into the Pawcific Ocean, but it would be 'guided' towards Zootopia by nuclear submarines in its path, and eventually the nuclear-powered Climate Wall...

Monarch observers have speculated that this creature may be a distant relative to Titanus Gojira.
