I wish they had been able to do a little bit more with Spa-c in the cartoon. They obviously went with the pun on the name, as she sounded like a bit of a clueless valley girl. But I liked that, especially if she really was a useful and powerful soldier. She couldn't have been all bad, being a space shuttle and all.Related content

Finally a Guardian... all I saw till now were Renegades
Actually I don't know much about her (I do believe his name however was written Spay-C), but the design kicks ass

You really are good at taking the cappy drawings of Hanna Barbara and turning them into some decent kick ass robots. The only gobots that I particularly found interesting were Crasher, Pathfinder and Smallfoot.
Incidently, have you ever seen Machine Robo (Japan's version of Gobots)? The animation is a lot better then Hanna Barbara and it appeared to have a better story then gobots.
I'm still eger to read more of TF Vs GB.

Thanks! And you've got great taste in characters, all things considered, they did a halfway decent job of establishing a lot of the Gobots' base personalities. it's too bad we never really got to see any real depth to them, but all things considered, not too bad.
I have indeed seen Machine Robo, it was part of the influence for this story! I REALLY wish they would have brought that out here, they didn't even have to call it Gobots, but it definitely proved that the Gobot characters COULD be done well and damn, the animation in that show alone put most of Transformers Gen 1 to shame. If that was what people had seen instead of Hanna Barbera's horrible butchery, there would probably be a LOT more Gobot fans. Although, I do give HB credit, without the U.S Gobot counterpart, we wouldn't have *any* female Gobots or some of the quirky personalities that came from the series, like Crasher

You know it maybe interesing if Spa-C eventually developed a form of respect toward's Omega Supream. (it would also be an interesting plot twist as well as that Some of the guardians are beginning to respect the Autobots for the fact that they are apparently more true to what the Guardians felt their ideals were than they were)
It would be amusing if Spa-C actually developed a crush on Omega...Ha ha ha I can just imagine the trouble.

Hehe, I'm sure she has a slight bit of respect for him after getting her lights put out. I have to admit though, it *would* be funny to tease a relationship between the two, especially if it was Omega who was interested in her. Can you imagine him trying to ask her out? I know he's capable of normal speech, but I love the thought of him trying to ask her to accompany him to a movie using his peculiar speech pattern

Yup, this is more based on her Super Gobot form, I never got around to redesigning the smaller version of her.

i'm under the impression there are 2 different spa-c characters, one male and one female.

The Super GoBots line was kind of strange looking at the variety of differences there were between regular Spa-C and the Super GoBot version, but I always imagined it as the same character, although, I'm sure Tonka never gave it much thought so it's definitely left to the imagination

nice but part of me wishes that I was part of the group that came up with this idea well you see I came up with some now I Wondn't can them Fan Chathers pursay becuase they do have toys but not the gobots line the Machine Robo now I haven't gotting too far with them all I've done sofar is pick which team they belong to and All three of them are Guardians now the first guy is a Guardian becaues the Renegades seem to have a no small guy rule and the 2nd guy isn't Renegade because what he turns in to is something we humans use as form of public transportaion and the Third is a Guardian becuase if he was a Renegade with he truns into it would just UnAmerica okay.
