This card was designed to be an alteration to the infamous "Maxx "C"", where as instead of gaining more advantage per Special Summon, its a double-sided restricted form of cheat-out. Should either player use an effect that Special Summons a monster from Deck/Extra Deck, the opposing player can do the same, assuming they have a good enough target with the Level specification. This is paradoxically broad and niche at the same time; as effects that Summon a monster straight out of Deck/Extra Deck are few and far between, even though that sort of effect is a staple of modern archetypes to have. You'll usually only be able to pull out 1 or 2 monsters maximum via Multinfinity, unless one goes up against Madolche or a Fusion deck, in which case Summoning more than 2 monsters is more common.

Trivia: I made this card about a year or two ago, with an unconventional set of stats to go with its unusual effect. It is a bit amusing how, thanks to Snake-Eye currently running rampant in the meta, being a Level 1 FIRE monster is quite a boon for a card to be, and this card is no exception.
