I think I just Figured out who Heephis was talking two in Issue 10 page 29!! (HE WAS TALKING TO ZIELO)
Heephis said," How can anyone love someone... As pathetically worthless as you?"
Then in This Issue page 13... It shows Stick people ONLY blowing down to Celios and Heephis...
So Maybe Zielo was asking how come the mortals don't love me...
Then Heephis said, "How can anyone love someone... As pathetically worthless as you?"
Heephis was probably beginning to be corrupted by Sin!!

He didn't hit the seal though. The seal's still intact in the page where Sonic hit Chaos. The tongue does look like it's detached but with a monster that can basically dissolve into water I feel like it could just reattach its tongue.

I'm pretty sure that's why the mark is on the tongue, actually. You have to either reach into a monster's mouth or destroy the whole head, and that's a lot harder than slicing off a limb far from the center of mass/Those Freakin' Teeth.
