YOU FINALLY KNOW WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS HAPPENING IN THIS PART OF ISSUE 5 PRAISE THE ZIELO: saphfire321.deviantart.com/art…that's right, zielo took pieces of their souls when there were wee bitty babies, but why? Why would Zielo NEED to do that? so many questionssss.....
Also the mystery of the soulless are FINALLY going to be revealed in the next few pages ( by that I mean next page and the page after thatttt)

I've read this comic several times now (including the prequels) and watched the official dub over on The Zielo Cave on YouTube.
And I'm just wondering.... will you ever show how Zielo removed fragments of Sonic, Shadow, and Silver's souls? Cuz we have yet to see that, just the before and after.

As i remember Zielo took a piece of Sonic's soul in Issue 5 page 3 and Silver's soul in Limited so.....
How did he get Shadow's? we will find out soon in the next future issues

Shadow got a prequel comic called "Men in White Coats", where we see Zielo approach Shadow in the past, but we don't see the aftermath because Shadow was remembering it in a nightmare.

I have to point out the differing colors of their souls. Sonic, Shadow, and Silver have golden souls, the same color of their and Heephis's eyes and Heephis aura, since they're of course his soul-bonded sons. Bunnie and Antoine's, however, are purple, and I guess that's the color of a demigod's soul?

I wonder if it's somehow connected to how someone close to them was killed/taken away from them. For Sonic it was his father, for Silver it was his mentor/father figure, and for Shadow I'm guessing it might be Maria, like their 'glowy thing' might be their innocence being ripped away or something.

I was guessing that after killing Sonic's father Jules, Zielo took a piece from Sonic, I think the "glowy" is their soul.
