Following my Canadian fancast for the IDW girls: www.deviantart.com/gijf2k1/art… (excluding Belle and Lanolin), I decided to direct my attention to a group of characters that I think should have appeared in the pirate episodes of Sonic Prime as members of Knuckles' old crew. Of course, I'm talking about Team Chaotix. Finding a Canadian option for Vector was difficult but I decided in the end to go with Jason Simpson based on voice clips the aforementioned performances he did. I've seen someone suggest Michael Adamthwaite as Espio. And I've listened to some voice clips and agreed. Charmy Bee is the most interesting case. As before we found out who was voicing who in Sonic Prime, some people suggested that Shannon Chan-Kent would be voicing Tails using her Smolder voice. And as we all know, it was Ashleigh Ball who ended-up voicing the two-tailed fox and Shannon Chan-Kent ended up voicing Amy. And she has said in a livestream: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQtwTH… at around 1:57 that she can't voice male characters over the age of six. And Charmy Bee just happens to six, canonically. And I thought that it would be fitting that Amy and Charmy would share the same actress as they both originated from the Sonic manga.
