I had to move some of my work. I have over 300 pieces in my gallery as it is, and if I want any kind of impact I need to trim down. That's a victim

I am incredibly curious as to how the lighting was achieved. Was it just a lucky ray of sunshine that peeked in?
Anyways, I hate to sound like half of the population of DA on their comments, but as someone who values composition, emotion, innovative ideas and effective post processing, I can't help but say I am blown away by your gallery.
This image in particular strikes a chord in me because of the cinematic quality of it. I look for that in many photographers pieces, but not all achieve it as not all images make you think about what is going on.
The stories for this could be endless...and your title is an appropriate take on an emotion you may feel in the subjects position.
I am going to comment on some more of your work, and I hope you get around to reading them.
I will also watch you and fav this.
I would love if you could visit my gallery.
Take care, and keep shooting.

There was this ray of light coming through the tree tops. I shot in under esposure, so i van get the "ray" effect.
Thank you so much!

Wonderfull piece. Good use of thirds and such nice contrasts, it's kind of keeping the moment you caught alive. I love the way the guy is circled by light. You're touching perfection each single day of your life, are you? ?

it moves me gilad.
there was darkness and then
a beam of light. and the way he
is looking up at it, it touches me.
it looks a little unreal.
like one of those computer games my sons play.
this is different for you, yes?
it's very good. the emotion behind it
is definitely there.

Ok, besides the famous flock of birds, who else do you have on your pay roll? The sun, the clouds and the trees??
Seriously now, once again you managed to capture the moment.
The words fit like a glove (as always), though I don't know if you had intended for this title when you first took the pic. Still, it's so very much true. Sometimes it only takes one moment.
Technically: was it originally in black and white? What contrast adjustments did you make? It seems the colour depth is reduced and so one can see lines between adjoining tones...
Lovely outcome!

Thank you
The photo was turned to B&W and contrasted. burning on the sides to uncrease the effect, and tonning.
Thank you!

It's a very big forest with very tall trees.
I was walking there with this friend of mine, and as soon as i spotted the light rays i placed him there and took it.
Thank you
