Description
Name: Megawatt FoxAnimal: Gray Fox
Weakness: Pistol Shrimp
Powers: Megawatt Fox is very swift and agile. Most of his attacks consist of leaping at the target to try and tag them with his Megawatt Bomb. Similar to a ninja in some respects, he leaps from high places and lands on his target with a powerful pounce, falling from the sky like a bolt of lightning. His Megawatt Bomb sticks to enemies and once it detonates, it shocks the target as if they were just struck by a bolt of lightning. Many times he uses this in conjunction with his high-pounce technique. Once tagged with his bomb, he will bound from wall to wall above you while the bomb's timer ticks down and will try to land on you just as the bomb detonates and a bolt of lightning strikes you. His Megawatt Bomb has a timer on it and gives you only a few moments to remove it before it charges up and releases the bolt of lightning. He often places it on you in one smooth motion. Most of his targets dont even know they've been tagged until it detonates. Avoid physical contact with him at all times. Megawatt focusses on keeping you looking when trying to find him and will often bound around in a hard to follow pattern.
Bio: Megawatt Fox was a reploid designed to protect and tend to a sacred shrine, and its owner in the forests of Japan. Its original owner practiced in many styles of martial arts but has long since died. Though growing on in his old age, he had never chosen a successor to carry on his martial arts legacy and carry on his traditions, as well as keep the secrets of his style secret. He never deemed any pupil of his worthy to carry such a burden, all of them being far too eager to learn the secrets the style held, or too foolish and reckless to be trusted with the shrine. The only one deemed worthy was Megawatt Fox, who had only been used at that point as a training dummy for his students, tending to the shrine, and as an assistant when cooking meals. His students were outraged at his decision to choose a Reploid over them, as they were humans and they felt no Reploid could ever appreciate martial arts the way they could. As a result, this only solidified Megawatt's Master's choice that none of his students were worthy of taking on the legacy of his teachings. The only one who had ever been truly loyal to him was Megawatt. However, years later, the shrine was found by landscapers who wished to tear it down in place of expanding a nearby town, since the original owner had passed away and Megawatt was not registered as the heir to the land. Megawatt has since then killed anyone who dares come near the shrine, paranoid that they are merely trying to deceive him, or destroy the shrine and steal his Master's secrets. He holds the secrets very dearly, as he beleives they are of incredible worth and value, as well as a large amount of sentimental value. In reality, the crinkled up notes Megawatt is keeping secret is an old recipe for a special kind of soup, tea, and an old laundromat ticket with the name and phone number of a woman his master once loved when he was younger.
Weapons:
X- Megawatt Bolt: X fires out a floating bomb. It attaches to the target and after a few seconds, causes a lightning strike to shoot outwards vertically as well as horizontally. If X fires two at a time, and both attach to the same target, two more lightning bolts fire out of the target in an "X" shape in addition to the "+" shape.
Charge Shot: X fires a larger Megawatt Bomb. When it attaches, after a few seconds, the bomb opens up and fires out lightning bolts in a "+" shape and spins rapidly, creating a lightning wheel for a short amount of time, clearing out an area.
Zero- Lightning Drop: Leaps either foward in a low arc and lands on top of an enemy, stabbing through them. A moment later, a lightning bolt fires out of his blade OR Leaps upwards in a steeper arc and lands on top of an enemy, causing an immediate lightning strike. Can also be used while coming out of a dash-jump. If moving foward in the dash-jump, the first kind of attack happens. If landing more vertically on an enemy, the second kind happens. Good for leaping across long gaps, or attacking hard to reach enemies behind a wall or obstacle.
Axl- Megawatt Taser: Axl jabs his target with a short range taser. After a shocking them for a few moments, the taser will shoot a lightning bolt through the first enemy and into any other near by enemies in a chain-lightning effect, up to 5 enemies.

that was the point lol.
his fighting style is like a ninja. you cant quite hit him because he's always moving around, or hiding places you cant reach. And if he tags you with his bomb, he'll jump away someplace high, and jump back down, falling from the sky like a lightning bolt.
The idea is that you cant see where the attack is coming from and then suddenly, he's on you.
If he were in a game, getting tagged with the bomb spells doom for you since thats when he does his "lightning-drop" pounce. The bomb explodes with lightning the instance he hits you, so you have to avoid getting tagged at all, or hit him before he drops on you. If you get tagged and he pounces you, it does some real damage. The bomb on its own if he misses pouncing you does no damage. And if you can hit him before he pounces you, the bomb falls off.
The reason being, he works like a lightning rod. (There is a lightning storm in his stage, if there was ever a game) He's up in the air, so the lightning is attracted to his body up in the air. And when he pounces you, the natural lightning strikes, travels through him and into the bomb, setting it off, for maximum damage.
