Your UNDEAD ex-girlfriend coming back to make your life miserable...

One day, me and my friend decided to make Maverick versions of our favorite characters. I created a SecondLife avatar Psycho Maverick X, and he Created Maverick Zero.

My friend, wanted in on the fun and made DarkMatter Iris from an Iris avatar I made for her awhile back, recoloring her to black, purple, and white, and adding some cool energy effects flowing through her arms and skirt.

Well I liked the idea so much I drew an incomplete sketch of DarkMatter Iris kissing the disembodied head of Zero. I never finished it because I wasnt sure how to draw Iris from memory yet :>

So today in math class, Friday the thirteenth of all days, I got bored and wanted to go with that idea of an insanely powerful, tragic Iris, taking her bitter sweet revenge on Zero.

The result is this.

This is Iris after her fresh kill of Zero, thus the reploid blood splatters on her clothes and body. The "heart" she's holding is the physical representation of her heartache and suffering, as well as the source of her powers.

The picture of Iris kissing Zero's head would "take place" after this one if I had to put it on a timeline.

I dont have much of a backstory behind her since she isnt my character, but I always imagined her being very tragic. She's seeking revenge against Zero but still loves him, thus her darkened tears streaming down her face, and her not quite "happy," in disbeleif at her own actions, smiling face.

Because she's so unstable, I kinda imagine her walking the earth with Zero's head, pretending that he's still alive, clinging to it like he's not actually gone.

Of course I dont actually plan on adding her to any official story arc I have or one I would make up as I dont beleive in killing off main hero's. All of my story arcs dont mess up the canon, and if a game comes out that disproves one of my story arcs, I drop them. So yeah, this never actually "happened." Its just a concept...like "How insanely sick would it be if Iris DID come back and she was super powered..."

Anyways yeah, I like the idea alot. Maybe I'll find some way to use her later
