just a quick tutorial with human figure- i don't feel like drawning another page of doujinshi...i hope i expleined everything clearly, without any major grammatical mistakes <3

maybe a little- but it depends on onews skull shape- ears are the most various body part, comperinf humnas. and they aren't the most important when you drawing a face

ah, that' true, everybody has different features, I'm just so used to seeing ears line up at the top of the eye but not so much that it appears "high". (i've also been told not to do this in the past).

i usually don't draw ears, becouse they are covered with hair, but when i do i sit in the front of mirror and try to feel my own ears- and they end at the level of eyebrows
don't worry- your comment wasn't offensive or insulting, and i'm grown up (well, not a kid anymore) so i don't start pointless arguments through the internet ^^

That's a good thing to see someone level-headed and mature for once. With the amount of people I run into on here that can't take crit without lashing at you for it or completely ignoring you, you'd be surprised with the age people are around here who start shit with others...

oh yeah, i've experienced it too. and not only here, but everywere on internet (that sounds funny- like you could mesaure it). the frightening thing is, that they're mostly kids

And some of them just aren't. Which makes it even more frightening... . I've seen 30 and 40 year olds (christopher hart) lash out at people or completely ignore them for crits. If you're still new to art, avoid him and his books like the plague. Man doesn't know what he's talking about. Drawings are sup-par to that of a 12 year old...seriously, who "SCRIBBLES" when they use pencil shading? That's the most basic thing that everyone learns when starting out.
Then you have those who should know better at age 18... yet they act like they're 2? There's so much stupid in behavior online that it makes the brain hurt from trying to comprehend why.
Anyway, good luck to you and your adventures in art. Seem to be pretty good at it, took a look through your gallery. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask me though I don't use deviantart other than for browsing. I don't like the way this site is set up.

but seriously, i think it's scary when 13-years old kid starts sentences eith something like 'you stupid bitch' and then continoues to insults you.

well, he isn't that bad. i've seen worse pictures, whose authors claimed to be highly skilled... but his perspectives and background sucks. and anatomy sometimes is really bad- it's so exagerated and too comic-like. what is irritaiting that he sells books with such 'advices'
well, for sure perspective and anatomy, it's the most crucial part of drawing, and other tips goes with what are you using- pencil, markers, paints, crayons, pems- diffferent for each one. common is: practice a lot.

If you saw his first books that came out, you wouldn't be saying that... I still have several of his older books with drawings that *he* made and lets just say that it sucks compared to what he can do today... now he just borrows art from other people for his "explanations" though it seems like he has no idea what he's talking about and thinks that kawaii is a genre when it's just a phrase for "cute"...

sorry, never seen any of his books, only this stupid tutorials he shows online. using others art isn't bad, i have books like that in home, but it's more like author draws some sketches and explains everything, the he present a full-page high-quality artwork of some artist, which shows the memntioned tips the best. i think this kind of books is really usefull

His books are terrible. His tutorials online are alright, but his attitude toward those trying to help him is disgusting (if you look on tumblr you'l see what i mean, he treats his fans like shit too).

Informacje niby poprawne. Ale wcale nie podane przystępnie. Nie wiem po co ci to było. Takich tutków były już tysiące. W owiele lepszej formie. Nic do ciebie nie mam no ale... po co? O.o Nie robisz tego lepiej niz inni, nic nowego tu nie powiedziałaś. Po prostu bezużyteczna rzecz. Wybacz jeśli cie uraziłam x-x Nie chciałam.

po co? bo mogę. bo chciała i miałam ochotę. poza tym, wydaje mi się, że podeszłam do tego od trochę innej strony, bo rozpisałam proporcje. zresztą to taki pakiet- dwa rysunki, a i cała postać i twarz jest. no i na koniec- o wiele przyjemniej podsyłać komuś link do swojego tutoriala, niż do czyjegoś.
