I know there's many characters in the game, but I don't think they'll bother to kill her and create another person with her's skills and fighting style. It would require creating biography of another person. Simply saying they won't add unnecessary work for themself.
Or most simply. She's not dead.

and if your really getting into this ill save you a lot of time figuring out how to import characters. once u download the character file like from deviant art, know where ur downloading it because youll have to copy the file in ur XNALara file in the data sub file. then you can import it right in. sounds complicated but its really not
