Description
As some people always have trouble with editing 'Skin Header' or 'Skin Footer' content - because they don't find here -, here a quick tutorial.Not sure if this is really helpful though. Please tell me if not, or if something is missing.

Where do I accept skin install information?

When you installed a skin by someone else and want to edit it for the first time, the information will show up before you can change any code. And there you have to click a button then.

I don't get it that often, but yeah. The question about how to change those section comes up every now and then. And it's annoying if you have to repeat it again and again
