this concept of a mech is part of a story, actually, more of an idea, i wanted to create as a comic series with a friend of mine. i hope i have the time to complete.all the plot and the concpets of the story are already thought of, just need more time!
hope to show you some more stuff soon, anyway , i hope you like it! i have spent allot of time on this baby!
done all in photoshop, with a tablet pen, and hours of work.

how do you and other people do drawings like this in Photoshop? I have CS3 and a tablet but have no knowledge of how to do this stuf how do you do it?

ahhh, well , it takes a lot of time,
in this one i think i had a basic sketch done, then i cleared the outline.
after that i started coloring roughly inside the lines .. and when the colors looked right, i went and smudged some of the areas to make it look smoother and more accurate. later i added the details.
the original is very large, and took a long time to make,
after you finish , you can use photoshop to add some effects and background, i was so exhausted with this one, so i just put it on a blank gray background.

and after a while, with tons of practice, you will see better results.

i like dawing mechanical stuff, and i have been drawing them since i can remember myself, so like anything else the more you try the better you get!
he is supposed to be huge, about the size of a building, very slow, and very powerfull
