Hello. I need help with rotation by degree in android medibang, i did it once, but now for the life of me I couldn't find it again, even with google search. I've been racking my brain on how did I get there, searched google, no help there. I call that a lucky find.

You could first select what you want to rotate with the selection tool and then the button of a pointed square from there select free transform

select what you want to transform with the selection tool and from the menu select chose transform option, like in all other software the shortkeys are ctrl + t
