Amazing Artwork! I do like the atmosphere, light and details a lot. What really stands out for me and what I really adore is the approach of skin/blood, what gives the work a lovely realistic style.
Minor weaknesses in my opinion would be realistic touches in things as anatomy; in my perception, the hand turned out a bit too small and the dimention of the whole character came out a bit flat because of soft colouring and lineart (really depending on desired style though) , also fairily "shy" clothing :') that sticks close to the figure, rather than framing it and having it's own sense of resistance of material. Also important to point out is the great colour palette chosen, just as much as accuracy of portrayed character.
Major improvement is quite obvious, I don't think that is of anyone's question.

This is beautiful, I love the face it suits him and same with the outfit. if you're drawing him in the office I think there should be more detail in the background, I'm not trying to jude so i'm sorry if that offended you. anyways back to the good stuff, the eves look just like springtraps eyes so thats good and the ears look great, and you really improved at drawing. the tares in his vest look awesome and the hands are really good looking. I wish I could draw as good as you.
