The original version of "go back to bed" was gb2/b/ed, as in go back to /b/, usually used in instances where someone is trying to be a tough guy on the internet or is utilizing "trollish" humor, but is instead just failing at it and should just go back to lurking.
The context it was used in is in regard to the fact that snarking a five year old raving wolfaboo image isn't really all that funny. I mean, its an old image that people seem to like despite the fact that the only "redeeming" part about it is that they're ~*wolves*~. If this were recent, yeah, it'd be funny, but otherwise it's like kicking a dead horse.

I was just still wondering why, if it was an issue regarded to be banal that there was so much retaliation towards it. In many cases, calling it an unsuccessful troll would be inaccurate, as it raised a lot of debate either way.
Also, at the very beginning, I didn't notice the date of the image, but was linked it by someone recently.

The retaliation is purely out of personal amusement/entertainment. I guess I've spent far too much time on the internet that these things don't make me mad or upset, but are rather just an excuse to go about stirring the pot. Trolls trolling trolls, etc.
If it wasn't for the fact that these characters belong to someone, I'd have probably put this image into storage awhile back; it garners too much attention for something so. Ugh, raving wolves. Not to mention that people have reposted the image and/or claimed it as their own work. I can't help but scratch my head at the latter, but I guess it's just something to look back on in the same light as an embarrassing drunk experience.
