*sigh* Cecil is like me right now. Totally wiped out from my thesis siphoning off of my mental and spiritual energy for four months, maybe more. Carlos is my friend, Alisha, who is there to help me with a kind word and a warm smile. Ironically, I picture Carlos as being a male version of my friend, who happens to be a Math and Physics double major.

it's a character preference :P for some reason the fandom just decided he had tenticles. no clue who started it, but it's such a popular headcanon.
nope, no description...or, at least, minimal description. he's been lightly described as having an average height and weight in the sandstorm episodes with a similar appearance to kevin, but other than that: nothing. no hint towards his hair color or additional appendages or anything.

The creators have said that they don't think appearance is important. A character is defined by what they are and what thry do. We only get a good description of Carlos because it's part of Cecil's character to gush over Carlos' attributes.
