Another commission for featuring his OTP: Tails x Nicole.
After the previous commission , Wankers-Cramp wanted to show a little more romance between these two. So I suggested a few ideas to him and this is the one we settled on. It's been a while since I used lighting effects predominantly to set the mood, but I think they lend a magical quality to Nicole reaching through the computer screen to be with Tails.

This is really good, and I really like the effects. Ever since "Cheekfur" I've been loving your speedpaints, so I can't help but wonder if this is going to make it to your YouTube channel. I always love seeing your art! Your coloring especially catches my eye.

Funny you should mention that. I do have a playback of this painting recorded, but I don't really include it in the submission description any more ever since the PGN community closed down . That's where most of my playbacks are rendered. Now the only way for others to view them is by making a YouTube recording, which is more time-consuming and something I only reserve for select pieces. This commission weighs in at less than 10'000 strokes, so it's probably not worth the effort. But if you're still interested, I can share the original oe5 file with you so you can watch it directly in openCanvas.

I hate to say it, but I don't actually have openCanvas, as much as I'd like to have one of those programs. I work on an iPad with an application called MyBrushes Pro. If it's inconvenient, you absolutely don't have to feel obligated to do it, but thanks for considering and trying to accommodate me!Β

Yes, I remember that arc; and that pairing (to me) was the definition of "random". As cool as Skye and Melody were (don't get me wrong), Mina was all hooked up with Sonic or Ash at the time. Neither she nor Tails showed any kind of affection towards each other, ever. And that is my over all point; I wanted a pairing with Tails that made sense. When Tails was around Barbie, she got all flirty with him. And Li-Moon; Tails barely went two sentences without stuttering.Β There was chemistry and you could see it. That never appeared with Mina.
Now I'll admit, I haven't read Sonic comics in a while so I haven't seen if there was any recent events. But last time I saw her, Nicole was too busy coming to terms with her own being rather than trying to find a companion. That and Tails is on Sega's list of "no relationships allowed". But I've said enough, I digress.
