Here it is at last! After months of work, Sonic Retold #3 is ready to share on DeviantArt.
This cover was in the works for a while. The layout is simple, but it needed a bit of tweaking to get the colours right for this slumber party. Unlike the previous covers, I wanted to draw something a bit more whimsical like what Archie Sonic occasionally does for their covers. I guess when Team Freedom has some downtime, they would get together and watch old movies or share scary stories. This cover also makes me want a Bomb plushie...

It'll only be impactful if Sally is aware of what's happening. I hope that's the case after it's all said and done. It could be a part of her PTSD since she's pretty much a prisoner of war. It can also help make her relationship with Sonic even stronger if he helps her overcome it.

I think the characters featured on this cover have always been very underappreciated by many people reading the comics, whereas I think they're all brilliant, so it's nice seeing them steal the spotlight for once, all together!
