Here it is at last! After months of work, Sonic Retold #3 is ready to share on DeviantArt.
This cover was in the works for a while. The layout is simple, but it needed a bit of tweaking to get the colours right for this slumber party. Unlike the previous covers, I wanted to draw something a bit more whimsical like what Archie Sonic occasionally does for their covers. I guess when Team Freedom has some downtime, they would get together and watch old movies or share scary stories. This cover also makes me want a Bomb plushie...

Heh! I kinda made mincemeat of the colouring when I was working on this during the livestream. It actually turned out so bad that I had to scrub it and repaint the whole thing. This is why I prefer to ink while streaming so that I can split my attention between the canvas and the chat without compromising my work.

Don't worry, it was really my fault. I was so careless that I forgot to paint in the black parts before launching into the rest of the colours. That threw off the whole palette.
