Oof! I could have finished this on Monday, but I had a work incident that delayed me for four days on this page. Anyway, Tails is still skirting death, but T-Pup took most of the blast for his master. It may all be for naught after such a long fall, and the other Freedom Fighters are still in danger in the inferno. More peril to come soon....

Side note: I often use reference pictures for backgrounds, but I couldn't find an elevated shot of a refinery for panel 5. So instead I booted up Cities: Skylines and took a screenshot of the petroleum refinery from a matching angle. Perfect reference.
