using the "discord gems" on his gloves, is able to drain sources of chaos energy, store it, manipulate it, and use it to power attacks. he can float, fire it as energy bolts using the 'claws' attached to them as conduits, create shields, or even -- with sufficient stored up energy -- emulate chaos control. he can drain energy from rings, chaos drives, chaos emeralds, and even other living creatures.

the discord gems are a slight 'energy sink'. if he does not replenish their energy stores, the gems will begin to sap his energy. unfortunately, feint is a very rare genetic anomaly in that he has absolutely no latent chaos energy whatsoever and no natural affinity for it; he wouldn't be able to use a power ring on his own, for instance.

if he runs out of stored energy and the gems begin leeching off of him, he runs the risk of entering a sort of 'negative super form', Discordant Mode. this is basically his Final Boss mode. it's bad news.

personality

insecure and defensive. hates being mocked or made fun of. quick to become hostile. refuses the very idea that he may be wrong; would rather plow forward being wrong than ever admit fault. very aware of his limitations and not prone to being overconfident, at least when it comes to his combat/physical abilities; very careful. dislikes beating around the bush.
